The best golf putters for 2018 include the ones shown at the PGA merchandise show, along with the ones preferred by PGA professional golfers. We will first look at the #1 putter in golf from Callaway, the Odyssey O-Works along with a few others and then some Titleist Scotty Cameron putters. TaylorMade TP and Spider putters are very popular choices and Ping’s Vault 2.0 series along with the Sigma G series putters are also a great choice. Odyssey O-Works, EXO, and Toulon Design

Callaway’s Odyssey O-Works line of putters for this year has a wide variety of blade and mallet putters in the colors black and red to choose from. All the blade and mallet designs have a microhinge insert in the face for a better feel and to get the ball rolling on impact for more control.

Titleist Scotty Cameron Selects and Futura Putters

There are seven models in the 2018 Scotty Cameron Select series of putters and here they are: Newport, Newport 2, Newport 2.5, Newport 3, Laguna, Fastback, and the Squareback. These putters have been designed with a refined shape for a smoother look which helps to make the sight line more pronounced. The sole is four-way balanced to account for the weight of the shaft and hosel. The sound and feel are improved with added material to dampen vibration.

Scotty Cameron Futura putters have some similar features to the Selects, but they are all more of a mallet style design. These are the Futura models for this year: Futura 5CB, 5MB, 5W, 5S, 5.5M, 6M, 6M DB, 7M. The Futura putters are designed for more stability and forgiveness.

TaylorMade TP and Spider

The TaylorMade TP putters are made in two color type collections, the TP Red Collection and TP Silver Collection. There are several models to choose from for both collections which include mostly mallet style putters, along with a couple blade style and hybrid combinations.

Here are the six models in the TP Red Collection: Chaska, Ardmore 3, Ardmore 2, and Ardmore. The Ardmore 2 is made in two different shaft and hosel designs, the first has a Single-Bend shaft and the second has an L-Neck hosel. The Ardmore has two shaft designs and the first one is a Single-Bend shaft and the second one is a Center-Shaft design.

TaylorMade TP putters

TaylorMade’s Spider putters have three main designs, the Spider Tour, Spider Interactive and Spider Arc. In the Spider Tour lineup there are ten choices and five of those are the Spider Tour Red with the first having no sightline and a small slant hosel, the second one has a single sightline and small slant hosel, the third has a single sightline and double-bend shaft, the fourth has a single sightline and a center-shaft design, the fifth has a single sightline and an l-neck hosel.

These are the last five choices for the Tour line of putters, the Platinum has a single sightline and double-bend shaft, the Diamond Silver has two choices, they both have a single sightline and one has an l-neck hosel and the other has a double-bend shaft.
